Subject: Printing your Payroll Register in Employee Name Alphabetical order
Did you know you can change the order your Payroll Register prints the employees in? The default order is in Employee number order. You can easily change the print order. Just go into Payroll # 81 Advanced Options on the Other Options tab. Under the section “Sequence of Reports” you can choose three different print orders for the “Payroll Register” (or any of the Reports or menus shown.) The drop down allows you to choose “A = Alphabetical” (which prints the employees in name order,) “D = Department” (which prints the employees in department code order,) and “E = Employee#” (which prints the employees in employee number order.) Selecting “A” will print your Payroll Register in employee name alphabetical order.
