Class #1:  WolfePak Overview of Recent Changes
Learn about many of the latest enhancements made to WolfePak and what changes are right around the corner.  Preview the new WolfeNet Revenue/Billing Exchange system and how easy this new data exchange feature will be between you and other WolfePak users.

Class #2:  Grid Views & G/L Tips & Tricks
Learn how to use grid technology in WolfePak to get the information
you need, selecting exactly the fields you want to see.  Learn how to
sort, group, add footers, add totals, print, etc with all the new grids. 
In addition, learn about many of the features you may not know existed in General Ledger that can make your life easier.




Class #3:  Financial Reporting & Groups
Financial reporting groups add a 3rd dimension to your reporting
capabilities.  Learn how to setup specific groups manually verses
setup of dynamic groups.  See some of the things you can do with financial groups such as separating out cost centers based on state, county, operator, profit levels, etc.

Class #4:  F4/Drill Down
Learn about these interactive tools that will help you determine what makes up the #’s on your financial statements.  Learn about View/Trend umbrella of options and screens that allow you to explore to whatever depths you need to get the answer.  See something wrong? Make corrections real time, right then and there!


Class #5:  Oil & Gas Tips & Tricks

Review some of the frequently overlooked functions and some brand new program features that can increase your productivity as an Oil and Gas user.

Class #6:  Specialty Modules Overview
WolfePak has several optional “specialty” modules that integrate with WolfePak General Ledger. The instructor will survey the class to see which modules are covered. Possible topics include Land, Production, Depletion, Mineral Interest System, Service Ticket, Invoicing, Gas Plant, Housemeters, PO System, Payroll Time Entry, Scanning, First Purchaser Dispatch, Multi-Company A/P, G/L Consolidation, G/L Combine, Project Reporting, Notes Receivable and Multi-Company Payroll.
