Efficiency is directly related to your company’s ability to get all your critical information in the system quickly, processed in a timely manner, and the ability to retrieve it in a way that makes sense to you.  These objectives can only be achieved through complete training of your personnel.  Multiple training options are available.

New Users:
To help users utilize the full potential of the WolfePak system, we offer New User training on a monthly basis. New User training classes are available for the basic core modules of the system at no charge, if attended within 60 days of purchase of the system. For companies that have been using the system for a period of time and are adding new personnel, new user training is available at a discounted rate for those with an active customer support agreement. Please check the class schedule for dates and possible related costs. These classes have limited seating, so please submit a registration form to confirm your place in the class and before making travel arrangements.

In addition to classroom training, WolfePak offers online-instruction (added cost) as well as detailed help documents and training videos to help answer questions you might have about the software.  These help files and videos are located inside the system and are easily accessible.

On-Site Training/Consulting

Training at your location is the most efficient way for new users to get up and running quickly on a new WolfePak license or implement new modules and keep up to date with new features for existing users. Productivity is maximized during the training process because there is no lost travel time out of the office and you are training with your company’s unique data and processing that data at the same time. Add to that, individualized attention and attention to your company’s specific work flow process and on-site training is the best way to achieve the highest value for your training dollars. Our on-site personnel will develop an individualized training plan and schedule that allows users to work at their own pace, and then submit a quote so that you will have a clear expectation of all charges associated with the training.

Users that have been on WolfePak for a while find they get a lot out of on-site training and consulting that streamlines their workflow to make their business run smoothly and more efficiently.  On-site support staff has over 300 years of accounting and WolfePak experience to maximize your team’s learning experience.

Supplemental Classes:
These classes are held on a quarterly basis and are made available at our Abilene Campus. The training varies from fundamentals of oil & gas to entry level classes in core and non-core modules; as well as specialized classes for advanced users that have had years of WolfePak experience. Please check the class schedule for dates and related costs. These classes have limited seating, so please submit a registration form to confirm your place in the class and before making travel arrangements.

User Conference

Annual WolfePak User Conferences help users keep up to date with the newest features in the WolfePak system. These are informative in-depth sessions that are designed to update our users on all the advances, enhancements, and changes in our software, as well as tips and tricks on existing features that can increase productivity.

Network with other WolfePak users and view their suggestions for new features they would like to see in the system.  Users also have the unique opportunity to meet with our development and management staff and make requests for new enhancements to the system. Additionally, users vote on the new features that they would like best and the most popular features are added to the system.
