Sharing many of the same basic features as the JIB module, Revenue Distribution with WolfePak is a breeze. Many option features include the ability to print various reports and ownership notices on checks allowing for better communication and less paper required, therefore cutting your office expenses.

The easy use of the Revenue Distribution module is one of the key features of the WolfePak Oil & Gas Operator system, however there are many more that interest our customers. These features include:

• Define an unlimited number of products to be distributed (distribute more than just oil and gas! Such as: product, condensate, sulfur, etc.)
   

• Automatically combines multiple payments for an owner onto one check, prints detail information of the payments on the check stub
   
• Check Stub contains both 100% lease and the owner's share
   
• Year-to-Date check stub totals broken down by both working and royalty interest
   
• Different petty suspense limits (including “0”) can be set for each owner
   
• Owners can be coded with a “Do Not Pay” flag
   
• Petty suspense can be flushed at any time, or automatically flushed by owner
   
• Standard reports include: Detail Check Register, Distribution by Lease, Petty Suspense List, and Legal Suspense List
   
• Automatically add payment detail from voided checks to suspense
   
• Output 1099 information with separate totals for working and royalty interests
   
• Maintain audit trail of amounts going into or out of petty and legal suspense
