Mineral Interest System (MIS)
The MIS gives you the capability to catalog your mineral interests. Keep up with which interests have leases, income on those leases, and property taxes paid. MIS interfaces with existing lease setup in Revenue/Billing. It also gives the ability to post tax entries to Accounts Payable Module to pay taxing authorities.- Options to track taxes and post entries to A/P to pay Taxing Authorities
- Options in various reports deed, lease, well, state and county, abstract and user defined grid reports
- Ability to lookup interest by state, section, etc
