House Meters

WolfePak's House Meter System (HMS) Module is a Windows based program that automates and streamlines the functions of tracking annual "free gas" usage allowance, the resulting accounts receivable billing to end users, and takes the process one step further to include the transactions in the payout to the mineral owners. The entire process of inputting meter readings, calculations, invoices, payouts, and reports are done quickly and without duplication of efforts or information.

HMS interfaces existing account and lease information from General Ledger to achieve the tracking usage and accounts receivable. HMS can also interface with the Revenue Distribution Module to complete the optional payout to mineral owners.
