In addition to the features found in all WolfePak software, the Accounts Receivable module includes many other features to help you track customer activity, charge interest print statements, aged trial balances, and other reports.

Open Item options allow you to post complete or partial payments to specific invoices, and include only unpaid invoices on customer statements.

Other options allow you to view or print sales history by customer, override standard aging on reports, and charge interest to selected customers.

A valuable part of the Accounts Receivable module is the ability to retain customer detail as long as necessary. Detailed customer statements can be printed for any period. Also, print lists or labels of customers in account, alphabetic or in zip code sequence. Use up to three full lines of comments to increase communication such as reminder of terms, office gatherings, etc.
